Fulfillment Department

The Print Lab provides a fully equipped in-house fulfillment department. We specialize and comply with all retail distribution needs, including a full range of finishing and packaging services. This includes pick and pack, warehousing, ticketing, tagging, folding, poly bagging, stickers, pre-packs, boxing, drop shipping and many others. The Print Lab's 20 years of experience and expertise provides the highest quality and accuracy in the market place today. Files

- All art files must meet these requirements. We accept MAC or PC format.
- Files can be accepted by FTP, E-Mail, or DVD / CD hard Copy.

1. EPS (text outlined, all pictures embedded)
2. TIFF (300 DPI minimum)
3. AI (text outlined, all pictures embedded)
4. PSD (must include fonts)
5. PDF (text outlined, all pictures embedded)

All customers must provide artwork to size for printing and must include pantone colors, placement of designs / logos (Mock ups) with specifications.

Art service is available at an additional cost and will be billed at a minimum of $80.00 per hour.

We are not responsible for any original art, files, films, or samples left at The Print Lab after 30 days.

Pre-Sample Policy

Pre-production sample approvals are available prior to running production (Physical press check and or digital photos can be sent via email upon request).
